Welcome to Murray on Main. By accessing or using our website or shopping with us in-store or online, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Murray on Main is operated by Murray State College. We offer a curated selection of apparel, gifts, and home décor. These terms govern your use of our website and/or in-store and any purchases made through it.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. All payments must be made at the time of purchase using our secure checkout system.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase, provided a valid receipt is presented. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Some items—such as clearance, seasonal, or food products—may be final sale.
In-Store Purchases
To begin a return for an in-store purchase, please email us at murrayonmain@mscok.edu, call us, or visit the store location where the purchase was made.
Online Purchases
For online purchases, please email murrayonmain@mscok.edu or call the store where the item was purchased to initiate the return process.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once your return is approved via email or phone, please ship the item(s) back to the original store location.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during purchases or account creation will only be used to fulfill orders, improve your experience, and, with your permission, communicate with you about new arrivals, upcoming discounts, and other store updates. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
6. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws. All content, images, and materials on this site are owned or licensed by Murray State College and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
