Need To Make A Return?

Here is our Return Commitment - the "No-Fuss Return Promise"!

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased at Murray On Main, but we understand things sometimes need to be returned for different reasons.

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date if the items are in original condition with tags attached.

In-Store Purchases
To start the return process please email us at murrayonmain@mscok.edu, call, or visit us in store at the location the purchase was made.

Online Purchases
If your item was purchased online you must email us at murrayonmain@mscok.edu or call us at the location the purchase was made to start the return process.

Shipping fees at time of purchase are non-refundable and the return shipping fee to send the product(s) back to us is the customer's responsibility.

Once you have confirmation via email or over the phone that your item(s) are eligible for return, please ship back to the store it was purchased at.

Eligible items for return will be issued store credit. We also do product exchanges in place of store credit if the same item is available. We cannot guarantee an an exact product exchange will be in stock at the time of your return as inventory changes daily.  

Return Eligibility Requirements

  • If you feel that you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery/purchase date.
  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • Shoes must be shipped or brought back to the store in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.

Items Excluded From Return:

Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Sale items
  2. Jewelry
  3. Hats
  4. Food Products (honey, olive oil, spices, etc.)
  5. Holiday/Seasonal Items
  6. Gift Items
  7. Home Decor
  8. Gift cards
